Location: Sacramento, CA | Onsite | Full-Time Pay Rate: $85K -
$115K Responsibilities Manage financial performance for assigned
properties, including budgets, reporting, and expense approvals.
Interpret leases and vendor contracts to determine billing and
operational responsibilities. Resolve tenant billing issues,
including CAM reconciliations and direct expense charges. Conduct
regular property inspections and ensure preventative maintenance
programs are followed. Partner with facilities teams and vendors to
maintain asset quality and operational standards. Ensure compliance
with fire, ADA, and other safety or regulatory codes. Serve as
primary contact for tenant concerns, providing timely and effective
resolutions. Respond to security and fire alarm notifications for
assigned properties. Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Property
Managers and junior property staff. Support additional projects and
duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required Bachelors degree
(B.A./B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of progressive property management experience . Strong
organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Ability to
meet deadlines and manage competing demands effectively. Preferred
Real Estate License and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM)
designation. 4-5 years of hands on property management experience.
4 years of commercial real estate experience. Experience improving
or implementing operational processes. Intermediate to advanced
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Project). Experience with property management systems
such as Yardi (preferred), MRI , or SAP . Search managed by: Carly
