Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Agent, Brentwood, California

Organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant needed for a busy & energetic Realtor to help grow my business and improve my client's experience before, during, and after the transaction. This position is located in Brentwood, California --this is not a remote position.

Must be an organized, efficient & detail-oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a team & willing to pitch in where needed. Experience or license in real estate is a plus. No selling is involved but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing clients, their files, inventory, and databases to create raving fans. Also: input listings, prepare for client appointments, service lead generation systems; coordinate, develop and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar; tracking marketing data; prepare presentations; help write email campaigns and other marketing materials; enhance my social media presence; assist in blog posting; maintain and update my web presence; test and implement new ideas & strategies; & generally run the office in an efficient & productive manner.

I want someone that will support my mission, help enhance my professional image, improve my client's overall experience, as well as make my life easier. If you know a shortcut, a neat trick, a faster way to do things, a nicer way to display something, a more creative document to use with clients, I encourage you to share your ideas. I am not an expert in all areas. I am trying to GROW and learn and improve all processes. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.--

Require 30 hours a week, in the office

Salary: $20/ hourly to start, bonus per transaction & incentives possible after a trial period and as the business grows as a result of your assistance and increased referrals from happy clients!

Responsibilities:

Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
--- Coordinate new listings, marketing calendars, and manage files for clients and agents.

Qualifications:

Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Great written and verbal skills

Background in real estate is required for this position
