Position Overview The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and leading the project team to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan and define the scope of the project in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project execution. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders on project status and performance. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the construction process. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on dry wall projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
