We are seeking a Cyber Security Job Training Program Coordinator who will be instrumental in developing and managing our cybersecurity curriculum and internships, ensuring that our students are equipped with the vital skills needed to thrive in IT roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentorship, have profound knowledge of cybersecurity trends and practices, and be adept at building partnerships. Develop, review, and continually improve cybersecurity curriculum and educational materials. Coordinate with IT industry leaders to tailor internships that align with the curriculum and market needs. Support and mentor students throughout their educational and internship phases. Measure program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and classes for students. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, risk management, and information security. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with industry professionals and educational instructors. Capability to mentor and inspire students. Certifications like CompTIA Security, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar preferred.
