You'll work directly with customers to deeply understand their goals, guide them through implementation and deployment, and relay structured feedback to our product and engineering teams. You'll be the connective tissue between our users and the platform - ensuring we deliver the right solutions and scale what works.What You'll Do

• Partner closely with customers during the onboarding and pilot phases to ensure successful implementation and usage
• Own technical conversations and troubleshooting with prospective and current customers
• Translate customer needs and edge cases into clear product insights and feature requests
• Develop lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concepts using PlayAI's tools, API, and modern web frameworks
• Help shape internal tooling and documentation for better customer workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve go-to-market efficiencyWhat We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer role, ideally in a SaaS or API-first company
  • Strong technical understanding - you can write and debug code (TypeScript, JavaScript), understand REST APIs, and work with frameworks like React and Next.js
  • Familiarity with Node.js backends and integration patterns
  • Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex ideas simply and build trust with stakeholders
  • A customer-first mindset with high empathy and bias toward action
  • Comfortable in a startup environment: ambiguity, fast decision-making, and lots of cross-functional workBonus Points For
    • Experience with AI/ML, speech or voice technologies
    • Familiarity with developer tooling and low-code integration platforms (e.g. Zapier, Retool, Postman)
