Job Title: Demand Generation Manager Location: Walnut Creek,
CA/Hybrid Reports to: Head of Growth Do you want to transform

might just be our next Demand Generation Manager. PointCare---s
mission is to make public health coverage work for the 75M
Americans who can---t afford healthcare and don---t know how to
access it properly. We do this by transforming how providers manage
millions of patients annually, and we believe that fixing problems
in coverage management will increase the quality and reduce the
cost of healthcare for everyone. Every day we come to the office
hyper-focused on understanding public coverage and finding ways to
reduce cost in our healthcare system through transparency, data,
and software. This role will report to Derek Koch, our Head of
Growth. First 30 Days During the first 30 days, you---ll focus on
onboarding, learning, and developing relationships with the team
by: Studying the enrollment cycle through our Coverage Management
Masters Course Completing our 7-day company and industry training
Collaborating with Marketing Manager to complete an analysis of
current SalesForce & HubSpot integration Identifying improvements
to our lead lifecycle & sales processes Learning about our
products, upcoming product launches, and product marketing
Familiarizing yourself with previous marketing content including
videos, emails, case studies, webinars, and social media campaigns
Getting to know agile project methodology First 60 Days In the
first 60 days, you---ll begin to take action on your new and
developing knowledge: Execute improvements for lead lifecycle
tracking and sales process refinement Implement optimized lead
scoring and routing systems for better qualification Identify lead
generation opportunities Identify and create segmented distribution
lists for email marketing campaigns First 90 Days Within the first
90 days, you---ll move from learning to producing: Write, create,
send, and manage demand generation emails to qualify and nurture
leads Implement & maintain the flow of leads to the correct sales
reps Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure
communications delivered are relevant to the persona receiving them
Develop, deploy, and optimize campaign-specific landing pages and
PointCare.com Identify opportunities for paid media, email, direct
mail, ABM and execute these initiatives Monitor, track, and report
demand generation performance and analytics Work cross-functionally
with sales, marketing, and product to produce results Within 6
Months By the time 6 months have gone by, you---ll be well on your
way to developing and running demand generation marketing programs,
while maintaining the integrity of our software systems. The right
person has a data-driven approach, has helped build sales
pipelines, and built multi-touch inbound/outbound marketing
programs. Key Skills and Characteristics Experience with multiple
coordinated software systems including email marketing, CRMs,
marketing automation, and analytics (preferably Salesforce and
HubSpot) Deep knowledge of funnel management, specifically, a
demonstrated ability to fuel and identify high-value leads while
working with sales teams to nurture Proponent of an ---all hands on
deck--- philosophy Excellent writing ability Planning and project
management skills Ability to identify a need and take action
Willingness to learn Willingness to take risks Focus on using data
