This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.LinkedIn's Business Operations team is looking for a strategic thinker and motivated operator who is passionate about building technology platforms that enable LinkedIn to serve the needs of its users, and customers globally.

This person will partner with key leaders in Product and GBO to shape the technology strategy and drive day-to-day operations for the R&D Horizontals team.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, strategic, communicative, empathetic, and analytical.

The ideal candidate will also have relevant experience in scaling technology platforms, has a customer-centric mindset and is always asking how our work is improving the lives of our stakeholders - LinkedIn's members, customers, and employees.Responsibilities:Serve as the ongoing strategy & operations partner for our LinkedIn Employee Platforms Product team and Global Business Organization team, to drive product strategy and prioritizationWork closely with cross-functional partners including GTM teams to align visions and priorities, including both customer-facing and operational componentsServe as the connective tissue of the cross-functional team, working to share knowledge, frame/ synthesize opportunities and drive people towards a common goalDefine goals and key performance metrics for key areasOversee organizational structure and stakeholder engagement for GTM area of responsibilityKeep your finger on the pulse of the company's operations and leverage data & insights to drive informed decision making, stakeholder value and engagementProactively flag risks or bottlenecks, and recommend course-corrections as appropriateQualificationsBasic Qualifications:6+ years of work experience in technology, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a strategy-related roleBachelor's degree in science, mathematics, engineering or degree that develops robust critical thinking skills or any quantitative major. -Preferred Qualifications:Proactiveness: Independently capable of seeking information in an unstructured environment, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situationsInitiative and ownership: Ability to act with limited oversight on day-to-day basis, balancing multiple prioritiesProblem-solving: Comfortable with data and ambiguity, and able to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategyAnalytical abilities: Experience solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced Excel models, SQLCommunications: Excellent communication skills to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendationsTeam-first attitude: Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business and how LinkedIn operatesGrowth mindset: Willingness to learn, partner, and provide guidance in areas that are not fully defined; open to feedback and learning opportunitiesRelationship building: Ability to build trust quickly, high degree of empathy and expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationshipsExecutive presence: Experience working closely with senior executives to solve challenging business problems; credibly present and debate recommendations with senior leadershipContent-specific: Experience building technology, enterprise platforms, Go-To-Market operations, and/or SaaS companiesMBA degreeSuggested Skills: -Strategy -Consulting -AnalysisThe pay range for this role is $123,000
- $193,000.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
