Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is working with a Clinic (outpatient) in Antioch, California to hire Nurse Practitioners specializing in Family Medicine. Whether you're just starting out or a veteran Nurse Practitioner, we'd love to get to know you and talk about the options we have available.Nurse Practitioner Contract Details- $90-$95 an hour*- 13-week contract with possibility to extend- Primary care NP FNP- Epic EMR- 4 hour shift blocks per day- Avg number seen 9-10 patients per 4 hour block- Supporting staff MA, RN, LVN, front office- FQHC experience is ideal- Month to month schedule - medical staff office makes the schedule.- APPs can request locations and shifts they prefer to work- More flexible the better to match their schedule. 10 sites half hour from each other if can float that would be awesome and will get more hours- If willing to travel, you'll get a schedule that fits you better- FT or PT. FT hours preferred. FT more likely with float flexibility- Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
