Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous
charge experience preferred - Experience with patient ratios of 4:1

certifications Description: This position involves variable shifts,
starting between 1500-1900. The role requires working three 12-hour
shifts with alternating weekends. The department will attempt to
maintain consistent start times each week. Key responsibilities
include managing patients with various emergency conditions. The
candidate should have experience with drug overdoses, head
injuries, trauma, and mental/behavioral health conditions. Skills
in starting and maintaining IVs, administering emergency
medications, and performing advanced procedures are essential. The
role requires effective communication and collaboration with
interdisciplinary teams. Patients may range from neonates to
geriatrics, with a daily census around 16. This position plays a
critical role in providing immediate care in emergency
situations.
