At Voyage Health we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide
high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients. Monitor
and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies. Educate
patients and families on labor and delivery processes. Document
patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Evaluate and
implement best practices in patient care. Adhere to safety and
infection control protocols. Engage in performance measurement and
improvement initiatives. Maintain high visibility of work
activities and results. Support the onboarding and mentoring of new
nursing staff. Experience/Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse
(RN) license in California. Commitment to continuous professional
development and training. Experience in labor and delivery nursing,
preferably 2 years. Experience in managing labor and delivery
emergencies effectively. Strong assessment skills to monitor
patient conditions effectively. Ability to collaborate with a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to engage in performance
measurement and improvement initiatives. Knowledge of safety and
infection control protocols in nursing. Proficiency in documenting
patient care activities accurately. Willingness to mentor and
