Certifications: BLS required • License: Active CA RN License
required • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts • Setting:
Hospital-based UR/Discharge Planning department • Responsible for
coordinating patient care, discharge planning, utilization review,
and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure
