Physical Therapist Location: Willits, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,685 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Dayshift Hours per Shift: 40 hours/week Experience: 2 years preferred License: Current state PT license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required, only if license was obtained on or after January 2016. Description: Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Organizational requirements include commitment to safety and wellbeing. Participation in required vaccinations is necessary as a condition of employment, where applicable. Medical and religious exemptions may apply. E-Verify participation is part of employment practices. Scheduling requirements include no call, no float, and no weekend coverage.
