If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it. $100,000 - $150,000 Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week) About The Role As an Operations Associate focused on partnerships, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our pharmacy network from a handful of partners to thousands, directly impacting the healthcare industry's evolution. You will work with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and growth to ensure successful partner integration and optimize logistics, enhancing service levels and the patient experience. Additionally, you will dive deep into data, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to executives to guide strategic decisions and drive network growth. What You’ll Do Obsessed with the details and quick to follow up—you're on top of every thread, keeping internal teams and external partners aligned and moving fast Onboard new sellers onto our platform Maintain highly accurate trackers of performance, growth, and communications Create dashboards, spreadsheets, Powerpoint decks, SQL queries, and python scripts, leveraging skills in researching data to tell stories that enable executives to make strategic decisions Embrace challenges that push you to grow both personally and professionally Demonstrate ownership and initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, driven by a passion for improving patient lives and making a meaningful impact across the organization. It’s designed for deep work and casual collaboration The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, in addition to equity and benefits.
