You'll join as a foundational member of the team working on all parts of early career, including but not limited to, recruiting strategy, end-to-end ownership of events, intern and full-time programs, and working cross-functionally across the team and company.What you'll do at Figma:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for interns and full-time candidates, ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience
• Be the owner of SDR full-time recruiting pipeline
• Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent across Figma
• Partner closely with hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines
• Elevate our external partnership relationships, ensuring a first-class experience for all involved
• Own and attend unique in-person and virtual events for candidates to envision life at Figma
• Create strong and trusting relationships with all cross-functional partners
• Own a slice of intern and full-time programs in collaboration with peers and cross-functional teamsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle
  • 1+ years of experience working on Sales or relevant business roles
  • A track record for creating inclusive practices across all early career functions
  • Experience leading multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow-through on all initiatives
  • Experience in planning events from end-to-end
  • The ability to travel for campus, regional, and Figma hub eventsWhile it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
