Job Description The Global Products and Initiatives team is responsible for the consumer payments product portfolio, including products like Credit, Debit, Visa Flex Credential, and Visa Payment Passkey. We are seeking a Manager of Operations who will play a key role in enabling the organization to deliver against our global product roadmap. This role will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Operations along with cross-functional counterparts across Product, Finance, Risk and People. The individual will be responsible for supporting strategic planning, business operations, planning cycles and team communications ensuring the team runs effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Organizational and Team Operations Support quarterly business reviews, delivery reviews, and portfolio management updates across Global Product and Initiatives and adjacent organizations Assist in running annual operating plan and resource prioritization along with internal audits and product roadmap review sessions Manage Objective and Key Results development, tracking and reporting Coordinate with product managers, regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders Develop and maintain business performance dashboards Manage Jira Align hygiene and other systems that support product initiative tracking and delivery Help to develop and implement engagement strategies to promote culture, recognition, and retention across the team This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 0 years relevant work experience with a PhD Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,600 to 215,300 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
