or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in
software development. 7 years of experience leading technical
project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML
infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data
processing, debugging, fine tuning). 5 years of experience with
design and architecture; and testing/launching software products. 2
years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques (e.g.,
LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related
concepts (language modeling, computer vision). Preferred
qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related technical field. 8 years of experience with
data structures and algorithms. 5 years of experience in a
technical leadership role leading project teams and setting
technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a complex,
matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business

findings with the broader research community. We also collaborate

benefits our customers. The US base salary range for this full-time
position is $262,000-$365,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary
ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and
enhance large-scale software solutions. Lead technical directions
on high-impact projects while managing project priorities,
deadlines, and deliverables. Establish alignment and clarity across
teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines while influencing and
coaching a distributed team of engineers. Drive technical project
strategy, lead large-scale ML infrastructure, and oversee the
design and implementation of state-of-the-art GenAI solutions.
