Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a reliable and
detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our
operations team. This role goes beyond basic warehouse tasks—ideal
candidates will bring hands-on experience in inventory control,
system-based receiving/shipping, and cycle counting. You’ll play a
key part in ensuring accurate tracking and delivery of our
high-performance computing hardware. Key Responsibilities Receive
and inspect incoming shipments; verify against packing slips and
purchase orders Organize and maintain stockroom/warehouse layout
for optimal flow and accessibility Track and manage inventory using
digital systems (e.g., Excel, ERP/inventory software) Pick and
prepare items for assembly, staging, or outbound shipment Perform
regular cycle counts and support full inventory audits Safely
package and label outbound hardware and parts for customer delivery
Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and
improve workflow Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant
work environment Support team leads with logistics, basic quality
checks, and documentation Requirements 1–2 years of warehouse,
inventory control, or logistics experience Experience with
inventory system, like Fishbowl Inventory is preferred, but can
train the right candidate. Basic familiarity with inventory
software or Excel-based tracking tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
and operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack) Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and
able to work independently or as part of a small team Good
communication skills and a proactive mindset Preferred
Qualifications Experience in a tech, hardware, or electronics
distribution environment Familiarity with ESD-safe practices or
handling sensitive computing equipment Forklift certification a
plus (but not required)
