ABOUT YOUR RECRUITER: Hey, Im Will! Im a well-respected Denver/Remote Software Engineering Recruiter and among several other roles, Im currently helping an early-stage, VC-backed Stealth Startup hire their 2nd Software Engineer (3rd if you count the hands-on CTO). This is a Full Stack Role with a slight Front End lean ... (all Javascript) (This is a Full Time, Direct Hire, Permanent Role: At this time my client is unable to offer H1B Sponsorship and unable to offer C2C Contracts. Thanks for understanding!) A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: If hired, youd be the 4th TOTAL member of the team, reporting to the Co-Founder and CTO. Hes coming off of a previous successful exit and they already have VERY strong traction on this new venture. This is a UNIQUE opportunity because, unlike most early-stage startups, my client is already generating a lot of revenue already (they were at - Million in ARR before they raised the 1st round!) They doubled that after their recent seed funding, and expect to double their ARR many times over--- THIS YEAR :) This is a company that found product market fit already, now (with YOUR help!) they are pouring gas on the fire. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground level and scale something that is already working. If youre fueled by the startup grind and want to be an early-stage equity player in a fast-growing company, please apply :) ABOUT YOU: There are 4 core things my client is looking for in TOP candidates. Not all 4 are required but at this time my client is only considering candidates who meet at least 3 of the 4 following criteria:

• 3+ Yrs of experience as an early-stage engineer
• 2+ Yrs of experience a high-growth, VC Backed, product-based startup
• Hands-on experience leading/owning technical projects of relative complexity
• CS Degree from a notable school (or similar experience)
• An attitude for startups ... This company is going places, and if youre not ALL IN with them, than youre slowing them down. TECH STACK / ROLE: Full Stack Javascript experience is definitely looked upon most favorably for this engineer. Some of the projects youd oversee would include building an internal application to replace a 3rd party Electronic Health Record, automating processes like billing, notifications booking, etc., and of course, you'd have a major influence on the companys website. LOCATION: This client offers both fully remote and flexible remote opportunities. Their HQ is in SF, and they plan to offer quarterly team gatherings around the country/globe. SALARY & BENEFITS: The salary target is 120K - 180K depending on experience and ability. Of course, as a founding engineer, levers could be turned on equity vs salary (depending on YOUR goals), but it almost goes without saying that the right hire will be very interested in their mission and have enough equity to make you a "very real" owner of the company :) NEXT STEPS...
