JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems throughout the hotel to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems throughout the property
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and plumbing emergencies
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing infrastructure
• Maintain fixtures, water heaters, filtration systems, and irrigation systems
• Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and hotel standards
• Collaborate with engineering team on renovations and system upgrades
• Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of plumbing supplies
• Respect guest privacy and maintain a clean, professional work environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid California State Journeyman Plumber Certification or C-36 Contractor License
  • Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience, preferably in a hotel or resort
  • Strong knowledge of California Plumbing Code (CPC)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with energy-efficient and eco-conscious plumbing systems
  • Flexible schedule, with availability for weekends, holidays, and emergency calls
