About The Role
In this role, you will embody Do The Right Thing by protecting People, Assets, and Brands. You'll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
What You'll Do

• Support Asset Protection strategies, standards, and processes using a customer-centric mindset to deliver results, drive store sales, and maximize efficiencies and productivity.
  
• Responsible for the consistent, effective execution of Asset Protection to protect stores, distribution centers, and assets.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks for an evolving business environment.
  
• Leverage data gained through process evaluations and Brand data research to influence investigative direction and management.
  
• Facilitate daily operations of the GSOC, including risk intelligence, incident/crisis management, response to building intrusions, emergency communication, supply chain resilience, travel security, and physical security measures.
  
• Participate proactively in the intelligence function, preparing and distributing global risk intelligence products to identify and mitigate potential business risks.
  
• Maintain vigilance by monitoring open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and internal intelligence tools for potential threats.
  
• Track global geopolitical events that could impact travel, events, or operations, providing timely reports.
  
• Lead responses to life safety incidents, coordinating with security teams.
  
  Who You Are
  
  
• Experience using data to tell stories and implement solutions.
  
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to support Asset Protection strategies, negotiate, and build consensus.
  
• Experience in customer service or high-pressure, multitask environments.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge immediately.
  
• Present problem analysis and solutions creatively and logically.
  
• Must pass the CritiCall test, assessing multitasking, prioritization, map-reading, memory, comprehension, data entry, and decision-making skills.
  
• Experience with risk monitoring and mass notification tools (e.g., Everbridge, Dataminr, ISOS) is a plus.
  
• 1-3 years of GSOC or similar experience preferred.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  
• Strong knowledge of physical security, information security, and emergency operations.
  
• Experience with access control and alarm systems (C-CURE experience is a plus).
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Experience with video surveillance, incident management, and risk monitoring.

  Salary Range: $57,400 - $73,300 USD. Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, and location.
