Job Description: The team is working on performing large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.


Responsibilities: Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts. Drive efficiencies into the business tracking and monitoring progress.
Analyze work pipeline and workflow. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency across multiple languages.
Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures.
Work with operations and engineering to develop and define new or improved tools.
Track key performance metrics across the team Requirements: Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in evaluating requirements and translating them into robust technical specifications for data analysis and dashboarding solutions.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, aggregation, and analysis.
Solid experience (3+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards using enterprise-grade data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights from complex datasets.
Excellent in MS Excel, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Desired Skills: Proven experience in data storytelling: the ability to craft compelling narratives from data and present complex information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Previous experience working on projects related to compute efficiency, resource optimization, or efficiency analysis.


Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent practical experience.
