Participates in patient/family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Effectively provides age appropriate care. Important dimensions of this position consist of Clinical Judgment and Quality of Care; Caring Practices; Ethical Practice and Response to Diversity; Systems Effectiveness; Clinical Inquiry and Learning; and Leadership and Collaboration. • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Required
• BSN PreferredCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
  • Registered Nurse - CA State Licensure - RN Required
  • Basic Life Support Certification - BLS Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS Required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider - NRP Required
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring - AFM RequiredExperience
    • 2 years previous clinical experience in L&D and OB nursing and previous experience in nurserySkills And Knowledge
      • Basic computer skills.
